Terms of Service

By approving an estimate, authorizing service, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. Six Mile Exterior Cleaning Solutions Limited ("Six Mile," "we," "us," or "our") may update these terms at any time; the version in effect when you approve your estimate applies to that job.

Our Service Disclaimers are part of these Terms of Service. They explain the known risks and limits of each service we provide, and you accept them when you approve an estimate.

Six Mile provides professional exterior services including, but not limited to:

• House washing and soft washing
• Roof cleaning
• Window cleaning (interior and exterior)
• Gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation
• Pressure washing (driveways, patios, walkways)
• Deck cleaning and restoration
• Brick paver restoration and sealing
• Commercial exterior cleaning
• Permanent outdoor lighting installation, as an official Gemstone Lights dealer

By scheduling a service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and property information
• Ensure reasonable access to the service area, including unlocked gates
• Remove or secure items that may obstruct our work
• Tell us about any known hazards or special conditions
• Keep pets secured during service
• Have water access available for our equipment (a working outdoor spigot)

Estimates are valid for 30 days, after which pricing may change. Every estimate is based on the information available when it was written. Final pricing may be adjusted if:

• The scope of work differs from what was originally described
• Additional services are requested during the job
• Property conditions require extra time or materials
• Access issues require special equipment or procedures

Any price adjustment will be communicated to you and approved before additional work begins.

Minimum service fee: we charge a minimum of $395 for any scheduled service visit, regardless of job scope or size.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept:

• Cash
• Check
• Credit and debit cards
• Electronic payment methods

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or schedule change. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or visits where our crew cannot access the service area on arrival, may be subject to a $100 cancellation/lockout fee.

Our services are weather-dependent. Rain, high winds, lightning and extreme temperatures can make work unsafe or affect the quality of the result. Weather reschedules are made at Six Mile's sole discretion, always at no charge, and we will contact you as soon as possible to book the next available appointment.

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any part of our service, contact us within 48 hours of completion and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge.

Roof cleaning results typically last 3–5 years and are backed by a 3-year warranty. If new growth appears on a roof we cleaned within 3 years of service, we will retreat it at no charge.

Six Mile is fully insured. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or conditions not caused by our services
• Damage resulting from defective building materials, improper installation, or lack of maintenance
• Stains or discoloration that cannot be removed without risk of surface damage
• Damage to items not moved or secured by the property owner as requested
• Issues arising from inaccurate information provided to us
• The specific conditions described in our Service Disclaimers

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. Any claim must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion.

Six Mile Exterior Cleaning Solutions Limited maintains comprehensive general liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available on request.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Six Mile Exterior Cleaning Solutions Limited and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Tompkins County, New York.

If any provision of these Terms of Service or the Service Disclaimers is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
