Agreement to Terms

Services Description

Six Mile Exterior Cleaning Solutions LLC provides professional exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to:

• House washing and soft washing
• Roof cleaning
• Window cleaning (interior and exterior)
• Gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation
• Pressure washing (driveways, patios, walkways)
• Deck cleaning and restoration
• Commercial exterior cleaning
• Holiday lighting installation and removal

Service Scheduling and Access

By scheduling a service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and property information
• Ensure reasonable access to the service area
• Remove or secure items that may obstruct our work
• Notify us of any known hazards or special conditions
• Ensure pets are secured during service
• Have water access available for our equipment (outdoor spigot)

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of quote. Final pricing may be adjusted if:

• The scope of work differs from what was originally described
• Additional services are requested during the job
• Property conditions require extra time or materials
• Access issues require special equipment or procedures

Any price adjustments will be communicated and approved before additional work begins.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept:

• Cash
• Check
• Credit/debit cards
• Electronic payment methods

For maintenance plans, monthly payments are processed automatically on the agreed-upon date. Late payments may result in service suspension and/or late fees.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. Weather-related rescheduling will be handled at no charge, and we will work with you to find the next available appointment.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work and strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. Our goal is to ensure every customer is happy with the results.

Limitation of Liability

Six Mile Exterior Cleaning Solutions Limited is fully insured. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or conditions not caused by our services
• Damage resulting from defective building materials, improper installation, or lack of maintenance
• Stains or discoloration that cannot be removed without risk of surface damage
• Damage to items not moved or secured by the property owner as requested
• Issues arising from customer-provided inaccurate information

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. Any claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion.

Insurance

Six Mile Exterior Cleaning Solutions Limited maintains comprehensive general liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request. Our coverage protects both our team and your property during service.

Weather Policy

Our services are weather-dependent. We may need to reschedule if conditions are unsafe or will affect the quality of our work. This includes rain, high winds, extreme temperatures, or lightning. We will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Six Mile Exterior Cleaning Solutions Limited and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Tompkins County, New York.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
